Circle East

The Circle East redevelopment in Towson, MD consists of extensive hardscape and façade improvements, new retail spaces at street level, and conversion of the building’s ground floor into a parking garage. Circle East’s central and walk-able location will respond to increasing demand from the community and nearby significant employment centers of Towson University, The Greater Baltimore Medical Center, the Baltimore  County Government, and Goucher College. The project’s architecture utilizes warm and authentic materials responding to site constraints and the history of the building.
