Development Manager
As Development Manager, Daniel excels in the comprehensive management and administration of development deals. His expertise spans the development cycle, including deal analysis, market study, negotiation, due diligence, acquisition, entitlement/zoning, land development, planning/permitting, and construction. Specializing in both entitlement and development projects, Daniel adeptly handles zoning, entitlement, planning, and permitting processes. He is instrumental in assembling project teams, negotiating loan agreements, managing financials, and steering projects through design and construction with keen oversight on design and cost.
In addition to development projects, Daniel plays a valuable role in the management of operating real estate assets. His responsibilities include marketing and lease-up strategies, operating budget management, value-add project implementation, and investor relations. He also supervises property management staff, driving operational efficiencies, reducing risks, and maximizing investment outcomes.
