Avalon Towson is a mixed-use development in Towson, MD—close to the Baltimore Beltway I-695) and on the landmark Towson circle, where a majority of major roads with-in the city converge. The project consists of a new residential high rise building with over 300 apartments and 20,000 square feet of new street level retail spaces to mirror the Circle East development across the street.
