Anthem House II is located between Locust Point and Riverside Park in the heart of Baltimore City. The development represents a vibrant mix of residential apartments and street-level retail, that will enhance the waterfront and the surrounding neighborhood. It contains 57 luxury apartments, 1,200-square feet of retail space, and 19 structured parking spaces. The site offers immediate access to Key Highway and I-95 as well as a spectacular outdoor rooftop deck overlooking Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
