F1RST is a mixed-use development located in the Capitol Riverfront submarket of Washington, DC. Located between the intersection of 1st and M Streets SE and the National’s Baseball Park. This property was conceived to capitalize on the overall redevelopment of the area and the thousands of visitors to National’s Park.
