Downtown Crown

Downtown Crown is a mixed-use development consisting of 258,000sf of retail and 537 apartment units spread across a 22 acre site. This highly complex multi-phase, multi-tenant project involved three ownership entities, nine design consultants and several general contractors. This urban-inspired neighborhood features varying architectural building elements and enhanced hardscape / landscape to create the appearance of a downtown environment that has evolved over time. It is home to over thirty five retailers which are within walking distance to hundreds of residences.
