The Intercontinental at The Wharf

The Intercontinental is a 278-room hotel located on Parcel 3B of the Wharf DC Development at the Southwest waterfront in Washington DC. It is one of the many new buildings being built on the 27-acre Wharf waterfront location, which also includes a class-A office building, a yacht club, numerous fishing piers, two parks, a theatre, and a parking garage with 2,500 parking spaces for the whole community. This 4-star hotel includes major amenities, like a large rooftop pool terrace, white tablecloth restaurant and bar on the ground floor, 4,800 square foot spa, and a 3,400 square foot “Sky Bar” on the 12th floor. The project received a LEED-Silver certification.
