Union Market Maurice

Maurice West is a new mixed-use development that encompasses roughly half of the Maurice Electric warehouse that was owned by Maurice Electric, and who still operates out of the Eastern side of the building. The new West side includes 250 residential units above 30,000 square feet of retail space with 260 below-grade parking spaces. It incorporates parts of the old warehouse in the new 12-story building to complement the neighborhood’s extensive industrial history.
