Chris Keagy
Regional Property Associate
Chris Keagy leads property development efforts for GreenBench’s Development Services Group, serving as the primary, onsite point of contact for the eastern Maryland development portfolio. Based in Frostburg, Chris plays a key role in tenant engagement, managing relationships throughout all phases of occupancy—from leasing to move-in and move-out.
A graduate of Frostburg State University, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Small Business Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Marketing.
With a commitment to building strong connections and a deep understanding of development processes, Chris is an integral part of GreenBench’s mission to create places where businesses and communities thrive.
